In recent years, teacher professional development has been a hot topic at home and abroad; On the other hand, Informationization is the trend of the economic and social development, Information technology is fundamentally changing the ways to studying, living and working. Well, what is the relationship between information technology and teacher professional development? If we can promote the teacher professional development, how to do ? This paper has studied this problem based on physics Subject,First,this study has based on clarifying the concept of teachers professional development and information technology, analysis the principal dimensions and specific targets of physics teacher professional development through documents and interviews; Then,to analysis the possibility of information technology promote teacher professional development in theory; Next,to research the basic situation of information technology promote teacher professional development in practice,and determine the starting point for further research; Last, to study the impaction of education blog, search engines, learning community to physics teachers'professional development by quantitative statistics, interview, text material analysis and the author's practical experience.In this study, there are six chapters, the first chapter has studyed the current situation;, the second chapter is the definition of basic concepts and the theoretical basis; the third chapter is analysis the possibility of information technology promote teacher professional development in theory, the fourth chapter is to study the basic situation of information technology promote teacher professional development in practice ; the fifth chapter is specific ways of information technology promote the professional development of physics teachers; last chapter is the conclusions of this study and reflection. |
