For the strong power of explanation and persuasion, hermeneutics becomes to be a very popular learning and influences every field of literae humaniores, including life, world ,history, tradition .language ,art even education and so on.On the base of phenomenology, hermeneutics also has the strict and scientific attitudes towards philosophy. Hermeneutics delicates great apocalypse and offers important theory support to better understanding of education. Education is occurent and lively, and it belongs to complicated humanities .When we come back to education itself to understand it, we can see that education is practical in essence. Education should focus on the life world and emphasize phronesis, so we should use the method of understanding to understand education.School-based in-service training of teaches is the new idea and mode of teacher's training.
