Since the 1970s,pedagogy has a "Paradigm Transformation." Compared with traditional concepts of education,they are no longer focus on the concept of science and technology,law,and to the life,meaning,value, uncertainty,complexity and other concerns.Inevitably,such a change made the teacher professionalism and its research shows a significant dimension and the reform of teachers education has brought new vitality and enlightenment.In this paper,the author mentioned a philosophical theory analysis of the theory of "significance dimension of the teachers' professional development",according to the past three years of research and thinking.This paper is divided into the following sections:Preamble mainly about a change from the confrontation to beyond in the way of thinking.Chapter 1 is the basic situation and preparatory work of the paper.Chapter 2 is mentioned the significance of the phenomenon and further discussed on the significance of education.Chapter 3 focuses on the significance of orientation for teacher professional development of great significance.Chapter 4 and discussed several concept closely related to the topics understanding including the "significance","Living World","overhang" and "experience".Conclusion is about what is a real scientific attitude.
