Geographical Discrimination External To The Study Of The Impact Of The Occupational Mobility Of The Youth Groups

Early from the mid 19th century, many western economists had focused on discrimination in the labormarket. They tried to explore the reasons why the labor market discriminated against blacks and women, and tried to give strong policy guidance.Based on lots of research article from China or other foreign countries on geographical discrimination in the labor market,and based on the talented person meeting of Haidian District Beijing base as a case study about migrant youth community,here I made a depth analysis on the migrant youth community about the lasting impact about geographical discrimination in the labor market. The region discrimination produces reason on professional quest of the migrant youth and the influence of region discrimination on occupational is the Main content of this article needs to discuss.This paper puts three hypotheses:one is that region discrimination on migrant youth influence by Social memory,society recognizes and many kinds of factors.The other is by the influence of region discrimination the occupational roomage of migrant youth is smaller. Another is by the influence of region discrimination the occupational status of migrant youth is somewhat lower.The author's investigation and the concerning literature in this field prove the validity of all these three hypotheses. After much laborious reseach,the author comes the conclusions that the results are as follows.As an aspect of power , the economic fundamentals as an unconscious factors of Social memory playing a significant role.The difference of different geographical intercultural influences people's social identity .Social identity and other factors is play a common role to the social roots of geographical discrimination.So the occupational roomage of migrant youth is relatively narrow.the geographical discrimination in the labor market lead to inequality of the employment rights and opportunity and the waste of labor resources.So the overall of the occupational status of migrant youth on professional quest is lower.It deviated from the basic principle of fair chance.It expansive opportunity resources of some members of society improperly. Deprived the opportunity resources of vulnerable groups at the same time.The last part is the conclusion and discussion.
