| As the development of education,people pay more attention to teacher' s professional development.The key element to develop teacher' s specialization is teacher' s knowledge.In the 19 century,the study about teacher' s knowledge was little.Until the 1970s,it becomes the hot research program during the academia all over the world.But,at that time,people focuses on teacher' s prerequisite of teaching professional.Few people care about what knowledge the teacher have presently.It exists there even teacher themselves can not notice. That is teacher' s practical knowledge.It influents teacher' s deeds.However, this is the knowledge foundation of teacher' s professional development.In the paper,I get a lot of materials through observing the teacher in the class,interviewing the participant and collecting the documents.So,by telling the story,based on this information,I thoroughly reveal the teacher' s the practical knowledge,analyze the factors affecting teacher' s the practical knowledge,find a new possibility for teacher' s specialization.In this paper,there are five chapters.The first chapter is a brief introduction. It mainly discusses the cause of the study,the meaning of research and the method of study.The second part reviews what former researcher has done in the past, points out some problems in these studies,and gives teacher' s practical knowledge a specific definition.The following part is main body.The participant is a head teacher in junior middle school of Beijing,which is not so good.The participant' s practical knowledge was reflected through various scenes and actions.And present it in a storytelling form.The next chapter investigates the elements of influencing teacher' s practical knowledge,including inside and outside.The internal factor contains the positivity of professional development,teacher' s experience,and teacher' personality,education background and his life experience.The external factors include school' s environments,training,and social culture and policy.At last;I come up with my suggestions which are about the development of teacher' s practical knowledge. |
