The 21th Century put forward a new request as to the development mode of talented person .the aim of new course reform is to develop students' science manner, advocate diverse study method particular in science investigation, outstand students' frontier spirit and fulfillment ability. The teacher is the most direct participant in the process of new course implement. Whether the new course reform success or not, the teacher has decisive function. The teaching design is the point of departure that the teacher put education principle into teaching fulfillment, is the conceive about course implement, is a bridge which contacts course idea and course behavior. As a physical teacher in the high school, how to carry on teaching design scientificly and reasonably and how to improve classroom teaching design ability become a decisive problem in the course implement.This text began with the background and target of new course reform, based on past studies of people, led by teaching design theories, cognition study theories, new course teaching principle. from the theories and practices, the analysis discussed essential element of physical classroom teaching under new course principle, the classroom teaching design ability that a physical teacher should have and strategy about raising ability of the classroom teaching design of physical teacher. At the same time, it carried on a teaching design case analysis .thereby, this text mainly includes four parts as follows:The first part, based on the studies of the cultural heritage , read and combed the formation and development of the teaching design theory, cognition of the study theories, new 3D target and classroom teaching design strategy and so on.The second part, based on the analysis about essential element of physical classroom teaching under new course teaching principle, put forward classroom teaching design ability that a physical teacher should have.The third part was practiced with theories instruction, emphasizing to research the physical teaching design. This part, the thesis took section 2"heavy dint" of physics chapter 4 and section 2"magnetic field's function to electric current left hand principle" of physics chapter 10 in the senior high school as a case to carry on a teaching design analysis, providing practice instruction in carrying out physical teaching in the senior high school.The fourth part, based on the fore-research, put forward methods to raise the ability of the classroom teaching design of physical teacher under the condition of the new course principle.
