This essay centered on the occupationallanguidmanner of159physical educators intraditional items who are working for traditional items of physical educations at14provincialmiddle schools and one national middle school which are awarded by the HebeiAdministration of Sport and Department of Education in the year of2011-2014, by adoptingliterature data, interview, questionnaire survey, comparative analysis approach and statisticmethod. It aims to generalize the present situation of this phenomenon in middles schools ofTangshan and to contrast the difference in different ages, academic backgrounds, professionaltitles and working hours. Based on the content above, this essay digs out the cause of thisoccupational languid manner in traditional sports items, provides theoretical evidence forteachers’ self-identification and enhances teachers’ living and working quality, stimulates theirpassion and finnaly cultivates professional talents for physical education and sportsdevelopment in Hebei.During the process of study, the author draws the following conclusions:(1)As far as gender is concerned, the gender rate of physical educators in Tangshan isover2:1which is basically conforming to average rate. As far as age is concerned, thenumbers of young, middle-aged and old ones are similar but the aging tendency is emerging.As far as academic background is concerned, the majority concentrate in junior college anduniversity, generally consisting with modern social talents structure. As far as professionaltitle is concerned, staff members over middle level are in an urgent need. All the results leadsto the conclusion that schools need young sports teachers.(2)Teachers’average test results of Tangshan in emotional exhaustion, deindividuationand sense of accomplishment are3.12±0.22、2.02±0.46、3.25±0.22. Overall, they exhaustemotion in a high level, however, the deindividuation and sense of accomplishment enjoy alow level. In another word, quite a part of teachers tend to feel exhausted.(3)By contrasting test results in four aspects which include age, academic background,professional title and working hours, the author finds out age difference is shown indeindividuation: F-value is1.913,P<0.05. The group of36-45year old people have the highest score of2.28, which suggests that they do best in deindividuation. And academicbackground difference is in the same case on sense of accomplishment: F-valusis2.860,P<0.01.The lowest score of3.22belongs to bachelor degree and above ones, whichsuggests that they have problems to feel accomplished. Likewise, professional title differenceis reflected in emotional exhaustion: F-value is2.144,P<0.01. Medium title and above scorethe highest3.33, suggesting that advanced ones exhaust more emotion. Furthemore, theydiffer in deindividuation. Results show that the medium do best in deindividuation. And theresult in working hours is F-value2.445,P<0.01. Energy and emotion exhaust more withextra class hours per week increasing.(4)The occupational languid manner of physical educators is a complex probleminstead of a simple one. Social factor, group factor and individual factor can all influence thelanguid manner. The main reasons caused this languid manner in Tangshan are: social statusof middle school physical educators is unsatisfactory; they have issues to deal well withinterpersonal relationship; they enjoy low income and poor benefits and suffer economicpressure; their working achievements are hardly recognized by leaders; the infrastructure isseriously short; working reward and evalustion are not objective and impartial; chance oftraining or further education is slim; they work in poor environment and so on.
