In the preparation stage, teacher's occupation appears very simple, some daily life's role example will affect their roles construction, and they have already had some certain professional potential; In the adaptive phase, the teachers pay more attention to themselves, changes to the multiple teacher roles positively, and they are also easy to be influenced by some "important people"; In the expand stage, the teacher get more and more practice knowledge and wisdom, they start to pay more attention to student's study and development, and their roles debugging tends to be better; When they enter the innovation stage, on one hand, the teachers starts the thorough teaching essence, and try to expand their value as far as possible; On the other hand, the teacher arrives at the new stage, the evolution forms its specialized role. Teachers' growth is an extremely complex process, the boundary of evolution process is not distinct, and there are individual differences. Therefore, to research the development is not to track down some common result, but to inquire about this change process so that more teachers can follow their way.Many factors affect the growth of professors of senior teachers in middle schools of Jiangsu Province individual factors mainly include the career development motive, the cognitive capacity, the character building, key events. The external factors are mainly the differences of city and countryside and the school culture.For the promotion of Chinese teachers' development, there are some methods.
