China's emphasis on basic education has been increasing.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee has made a series of major decisions on the construction of the teaching staff,which has placed a prominent position,whether it is due to national appeals or the needs of the society and the teaching industry.It is expected that the professional development of teachers will be unstoppable.From the general trend of historical development,the core and final embodiment of teacher professional development lies in the professional development of teachers,and the professional ability of teachers is the most outstanding external performance of teachers and the core factor for evaluating teachers' professionalism.The pursuit of improving teachers' professional ability should not only be implemented from the top down,but also from the bottom up.To achie ve the theory and practice,we must proceed from the reality of the teachers themselves.I conducted an investigation based on the influencing factors and development strategies of physical education teachers in Shandong Province on professional competence,and formed a countermeasure analysis based on this.Taking the status quo of physical education teachers' professional development as the starting point,I analyzed the contents,influencing factors and development expectations of physical education teachers' professional development through literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and mathematical statistics method.The conclusions are as follows:1 The professional ability that the middle school physical education teachers in Shandong Province attaches most importance to is the ability of physical education teaching;the second is self-development and improvement ability,and finally the ability to reflect and communicate.2.Influencing factors Among the factors of professional ability development,the factors of empirical reserve factors,internal factors and school training factors are relatively large.The social factors,environmental factors and economic factors are slightly weaker than the first three.3.In the training content of middle school physical education teachers in our province,there is a great demand for professional theoretical knowledge,emerging sports items,special technical skills,and knowledge related to teaching skills.The most obvious difference in the needs of different age groups is professional theory.Knowledge and emerging sports.4.Teachers believe that the heavier teaching tasks are the negative factors affecting school-based research.Moreover,most people expect to improve the treatment of teachers and provide policy support and guarantee for professional development.According to the strategy of professional development of physical education teachers,from the perspective of training,the teacher education stage should pay attention to the learning and assessment of teaching skills,increase the novelty of the course content,and the reality of the content.Post-employment education should be reformed in a way that is closely related to macro and micro,and is diversified and divided into stages.From the social level,it is necessary to improve the self-presence of physical education teachers,give more attention,improve the treatment or set up an incentive system for the development of professional competence,and stimulate internal and external motivation.From a personal perspective,it is necessary to have a clear plan for their own career development,to look at themselves in a dialectical manner,and to conduct more self-reflection and regulation.
