The arrival of the 2.0 era of educational informatization marks that educational informatization has entered a critical period marked by innovation.The core of the development of education informatization is the application.The application of information technology teaching provides new ideas for promoting the reform of basic education curriculum and the training mode of innovative talents.With the strong support of national policies,China's education informatization has shown the characteristics of staged development,the information infrastructure has been basically popularized,and the proportion of teacher-student network learning space has increased significantly.In recent years,educational informatization construction of the G Province has achieved remarkable results.However,it must be recognized that the application of information technology in the education and teaching is not ideal,and the resources provided have not exerted the greatest value.It is of great significance to promote the application of information technology teaching in primary and secondary schools and improve the phase by dividing the current situation of information technology teaching application and exploring the key factors affecting each phase.Based on the analysis of the theory and current situation of education informatization,this paper makes an empirical study on the application phase and influencing factors of information technology teaching in G Province.The main research contents include:Firstly,this paper constructs an evaluation index system for information technology teaching application,and determines it's influencing factors based on the analysis of policy documents,domestic and foreign relevant documents and the characteristics of domestic information technology teaching application.Secondly,through the investigation of primary and secondary schools,the application phase of information technology teaching is determined and divided into three phases by K-means clustering on the basis of the theory of the development phase of educational informatization and the development phase of teachers' information technology application ability.And the characteristics of regions,segments and school scale in each phase are analyzed.Thirdly,linear regression analysis is used to analyze the explanatory degree of the influencing factor to the information technology teaching application.And the difference analysis is carried out for each phase by one-way ANOVA.Fourthly,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the consolidation and promotion of the application phase of information technology teaching.The study found that the digital resources application service has the greatest impact on the overall information technology teaching application in G province,and is the primary guarantee for the promotion of the application phase.We should improve the utilization of multimedia classrooms and encourage schools and students to use cyberspace.Resource services have the greatest impact on the innovative resource application phase.Teachers and students should register online learning space to provide a better platform for application.Educational management departments should equip digital resources with complete matching of textbooks and attach importance to the relevance between resources of various disciplines.Management measures have the greatest impact on the innovative resource application phase.And the personnel protection has the greatest impact on the supporting resource application phase.Thus,school should improve the information technology teaching ability of general-purpose talents and mind the allocation of specialized talents.The overall impact of infrastructure on the information technology teaching application is minimal,and the impact on the supporting resource phase is relatively high.The information infrastructure is not the main factor restricting the application of information technology teaching.
