High school education is a crucial period for the formation and independent development of students' personality.It is a key point for the country to train talents by attaching highly specialized higher education to the most basic compulsory education of the people.Educators must be educated first.The high school stage is equivalent to the "waist" of the human body.The quality development of the students from high school plays an important role in supporting the development of the entire national quality education.In order to better promote the professional development of the Chinese teachers from high school,it is necessary to explore the professional development status of the group and the factors that affect its professional development.Based on the "Professional Standards for Secondary School Teachers(Trial)" and related research,this study selected S districts,X districts and N districts of Zhangzhou City,Fujian Province as a case.After randomly selecting 380 Chinese teachers from public high school,I came to get the first-hand information through doing questionnaires and interviews to them.Meanwhile I conducts an independent sample T test and one-way analysis of variance for the teachers from public high school in Zhangzhou City and I found the overall development of Chinese teachers from high school was good,but there was also a low sense of professional belonging,awareness of professional development goals needs to be improved,the lack of educational knowledge and theoretical knowledge,and the need to improve education teaching and capabilities of research.According to the survey,based on the core factors that affect the professional development of Chinese teachers from high school,including self-development awareness,self-awareness,colleagues communication and cooperation,school work environment,education funding,education policy and job treatment,the study puts forward the following strategies mainly from the four aspects of society,schools,families and individuals on the deep analyses.Promoting Teachers' Inter-school Communication: reasonable Allocation of Regional Language Teachers' Resources;Reasonable lightening of teachers' burden:standardizing the teaching workload of high school teachers;Constructing a harmoniousfamily environment: consolidating the internal system of teachers' professional development;Renewing the educational concept of the times: strengthening the professional development status of the teachers from senior high school;Basing on general logic foundation:realizing the integration of educational theory and practice.Through the above measures,we can promote the professional development of Chinese teachers from high school,and then improve the quality of Chinese language education of high school.
