China is a large development country in agriculture, nearly 80 percent of the population living in rural areas, which is a severe challenge. In China, the "Three Rural Issues" have always attached great importance to. Based on the importance, party's Fifth Plenary Session of the 16th pointed the view to build the socialist new countryside, which included the contents of the political, economic and cultural fields, including of the rural sports. Rural Sports is an effective means by promoting the building of rural social material and spiritual civilization. Its development in rural areas is to improve the development of rural economy and play an important role in the civilized socialist new rural areas. No rural sports, no new socialist countryside.The physical culture is the important carrier and effective way to promote the material and moral civilization. Its development could improve the mental outlook of the village, resist the ignorant and backward culture, stimulate the economy of village and build a harmonious and civilized socialism new village to say the development of village physical culture is the base of national one. In the same way, there is no construction of new village without the development of physical culture. This essay emerged as the time demand. It has a closer look on village physical culture; the object is physical culture in new village against the background of the construction of new village. The methods of the essay is investigation and research, comparison and analysis, logical induce. Reference to the success of community sports in the developed countries, we want to explore the measures of future development for a new countryside Sports.
