For a long time our party and government attaches eat importance to agriculture, peasant and village. In the view of this, the fifth plenary session of sixteenth general committee of CCP put forward an important task of building the socialism new village which including public affairs such as politics economy, culture and physical culture. The physical culture is the important carrier and effective way to promote the material and moral civilization. Its development could improve the mental outlook of the village, resist the ignorant and backward culture, stimulate the economy of village and build a harmonious and civilized socialism new village to say the development of village physical culture is the base of national one.
