It is a very important content to study the culture of village and protect it accurately in the research in anthropology.And this is also a very important content in the New Country's Construct of China today. Through studying the materials of local history and field work, the author shows the characteristic and the development of Zhuge village's Family culture,the process of protect the folk culture in history. the author analysis that family is the political union of the village, the validity and authority of this union protects the village's culture. The family's culture is a transmission of certain culture, this kind of culture protect the rest culture in village. So we should think much of the folk union especiallly the family culture in the protection of the folk culture of ancient village.
