In modern society, science and technology are developing at an unprecedented rate. The volume of knowledge is expanding quickly. Knowledge of the update cycle is in the shortening.. It is the requirements of the times to develop the intelligence of students so that they can learn how to learn, have the ability to meet the needs of the community and form sense of innovation and problem-solving skills that the future society needs. Teaching students how to learn is imperative! However, the actual teaching we always put much more emphasis on results and knowledge than on the process and Capacity-building. It's quit difficult for students to learn more knowledge and use it neatly. In addition, although we have found students master a number of ways to learn, they cannot transfer the strategies they have learnt to a similar Learning environment. Or even they select some method, they always cannot control, adjust evaluate and modify. The internal feedback on the results of their study will not be carried out in a timely manner. So their Study are not very effective. These are performance of low Metacognition. self-regulated learning hold that students are the masters of learning and learning is the individual's own actions. At the base of access to information and metacognition research at home and abroad ,learning from the experience of training ,combined with the actual situation of students, through the survey to learn high school students'current status of the metacognitive ability I have studied how to improve the metacognitive skills of high school students. And then based on self-regulated learning cycle model, I design the experimental program of training students'metacognitive ability in order to find out a number of ways to improve the students'metacognitive ability and to explore the effects of self-regulated learning cycle mode, as well as to explore the effects of Chemical results by self-regulated learning cycle mode.Preliminary results prove that: The use of self-regulated learning cycle model on training students'metacognitive approach to be effective. The effectiveness is different from different students. But the effect of the self-regulated learning cycle mode of training to improve student chemical results is not significant.
