Rural Distance Junior High School English County Education Resources Service Platform To Build

During the present time information technology is developing at very fast speed, educational information of country has become important part of educational work of our country. At September of 2003 state department hold the first time meeting of country education work, and decide to implement modern distance education project for country junior high school and elementary school in order to promote the sharing of high quality teaching resources. Modern distance education project for country of Shaanxi province was launched in 2004, numbers of excellent software and hardware were sent to school, and the teachers and students feel the advantages of informational teaching. However we find many problems when we gain the success. During the investigation, we know that the lack of excellent instructional resources is one of the important programs. If you have no hand you can't make a fist. If having no excellent resources, how can we apply resources efficiently? This research aims at the problem of the lack of excellent resources, bases on scientific theories, according to the practical demands of teachers, and intent to design a service platform of resource to offer service for teachers.This article is composed by five parts, they are exordium, mainly carries through detailed analysis to this platform, investigation and analysis of resource appliance of teachers, system design and module analysis of platform and summary and continuous work of the research. In the research we introduces the background of research, the reason of choosing this topic, the feasibility of research, the actuality of research, and the researching method and makes some explanation of correlation concepts. Otherwise we confirm the design idea and choose the user adoption theory of information technology, knowledge management theory, software engineering theory, metadata theory and Six Degrees of Separation theory as the academic foundation of the platform.The investigation and analysis of resource appliance of teachers is important part of platform designing. We obtain the information through the form of questionnaire. This part introduces the intent of investigation and makes statistic analysis of investigating result. he analysis is the basis of platform design.The fourth part is system design and module analysis of platform. This part brings forward of platform, and makes this model as gist of platform design. This part mainly includes the influencing factor model, collectivity design of platform and labor of module. Finally we explain the disadvantage and the continuous work of the research.This research brings forward designing strategy of resource service platform of county in order to satisfy the teachers' needs. The research bases on scientific theories, accords to the practical demands of teachers, makes English as breach and expect to provide complete and embed service to accelerate the appliance of distance educational resources.
