In recent years,cloud computing technology has been applied at different levels in diverse fields in China.It develops relatively maturely in the field of the Internet.In the field of government services,cloud computing technology has also been widely used in e-government since the government has vigorously promoted the construction of e-government and advocated the service-oriented government in the past decade;as for the field of higher education,increasing colleges and universities build resource service centers with their own characteristics by creating educational resource cloud platforms,thus serving teachers and students,enhancing the quality of information services in colleges and universities.With the promotion of national policies such as China's Educational Modernization 2035,educational resource cloud platforms will play an increasingly crucial role in the construction of smart campuses centering on networking and intelligence.This paper summarized theoretical achievements related to technology adoption at home and abroad,collated the development of theories related to technology adoption and systematically analyzed various factor variables and dimensions in innovation diffusion theory,technology acceptance model,and TOE analysis framework.Furthermore,it constructed the model of this research based on theories correlated with service quality.Empirical research was conducted through interviews and questionnaires.Starting from the perspective of cloud suppliers,this study considered the factor variables of cloud suppliers and previous research results,and built a theoretical model that can influence the adoption of educational resource cloud platforms by colleges and universities based on the TOE analysis framework.In addition,it studied previous research results and provided relevant adoption assumptions applicable to colleges and universities through factor variables in innovation diffusion theory and technology acceptance model.The questionnaire survey was carried out among teachers and students in colleges and universities at the same time.The model and assumptions proposed in this research were verified through correlation analysis,regression analysis and descriptive analysis of their questionnaire data via the SPSSAU software.It is found that for teachers in colleges and universities,there are six factors that will significantly affect their adoption of educational resource cloud platforms,including compatibility,usability,comparative advantages,policy influences,quality of cloud provider services,as well as successful cases of cloud providers;for students,compatibility will greatly affect their adoption willingness for adoption,while usability,comparative advantages,and trend pressure are not major factors influencing their adoption of educational resource cloud platforms.Finally,according to the research conclusions,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the promotion strategy of educational resources cloud platform for universities.
