The study on the eight banners official education's research during Qing Dynasty in the academic circle at present is not very also comprehensive. This article plans to reorganize and analysis the files , the notes , the local chronicle and many kinds of material foundations, and synthesis the history and the pedagogy correlation theories and the research technique, carry on system's elaboration to the Qing Dynasty eight banners official study educational system, try hard to clear off this educational system complete vein, to analyzes this national minority to educate the model, educates for the contemporary national minority and provides the essential history to rest on and to use for reference further.In detail, this article is divided into six parts:The first part is about National capital eight flag official study education developing process. This article divides this educational system's development into four periods. That is germination period, establishes to the prosperous time, the fading period and the revival, the withering away time.The second part is about the students of Eight banners official education. This article conduct the research from the following five aspects: the student selects, student's curriculum and the test, student's treatment, student's asking for leave and leaves school the system, the student outlet and the keeping after school system.The third part is about the teachers of Eight banners official education. The teachers of eight banners official's education have the teacher and the teaching assistant. This article selects, teacher's responsibility, teacher's treatment from the teacher to ask for leave and the daily inspection as well as teacher's newspaper is full and teacher's exchange keeps the period of five days five small parts to carry on the elaboration to the teacher; Selects, teaching assistant's responsibility as well as teaching assistant's raise from the teaching assistant tripartite carries on the dissertation facing the teaching assistant.The fourth part is about the comparison among eight banners official education and other official education, and the Han education.
