The concept of the school-based curriculum ,daring back to the 1960s and 1970s,was first raised from some western countries .Aiming at the drawbacks of the current curriculums offered by the government, the school-based curriculum advocates to develop curriculums based on the features of each school.In china, an unified national curriculum used to dominate throughout the country, which contains some advantages and disadvantages .The disadvantages mainly lie in the facts that it is inevitably separated from the specific teaching and it makes the school teading lack vigor and vitality ,The school-based curriculum devotes itself to developing the features of each school. However, most schools treat the school-based curriculum in a rough and careless way instead of an overall and systematic analysis of the school resources. The school-based curriculum they set up can't show their local features.My research analyses the main problems of the current development of the school-based curriculum and puts forward practical techniques and tactics of the high school curriculum. According to the resources analysis and the enforcement process of a certain high school in my city ,my research draws the following condusions.
