| The article focuses on exploring and summarizing multimedia technical assistance in biology teaching in high school. It probes related concepts, basic teaching theory, some domestic and foreign researches, the combination between multimedia technique and biology teaching as well as patterns of multimedia assistance in biology teaching to some degree. Two experimental groups are established as samples to carry on the study. One group is taught by the conventional way, while the other is done by the means of multimedia assistance. The experiment is carried out by some ways such as experimental study, questionnaire survey, and interviewing case for a period of two semesters, which finally shows that the students in the experimental group are more interested in biology teaching and have strengthened their abilities in manipulation. So, the rate of success in this group is higher. The biological total marks have obviously been improved. The initiative and self-confidence in study have been strengthened. The students'habits and methods of study are both better than the students in the contrast group. Although multimedia teaching has shown its great superiority in our teaching process, it has its own shortcomings. Only by combining the multimedia supplementary teaching and traditional one organically and improving our teachers can we bring the initiative and creativity of the students into full play and improve the students'abilities of biology study wholly. |
