That multimedia techniques assist teaching is necessary for educationreformation and development,and it is developing orientation for teaching.In recentyears,many universities carry out multimedia teaching, make much research onit ,make great progress on it,but it also exists some questions:universities managersand teachers only lionize single multimedia teaching development,ignore lookingmultimedia techniques as an integration to push multimedia teaching development.This paper looks into NanChang University and visits several teachingmanagers, teachers and students,most of teachers and students agree with multimediateaching, and argue that multimedia techniques surely improve teaching effect andefficiency. At the same time, integration utilization of multimedia teaching isn'tgood, exists much factors that influence multimedia teaching effect andefficiency, such as, seldom using multimedia techniques' exchanging and imitatingfunction ,needing improving teaching making level. If improving integration teachingeffect and efficiency, we should study and discuss this problem from 4aspects—teacher, student,technique and manage:Teacher aspect mainly includesactively carrying out multimedia teaching research, correctly recognizing multimediatechniques function in teaching, improving teachers' teaching level;student aspectincludes strengthening students' learning conduct,learning to manage their ownstudy;technique aspect includes multimedia techniques assisting teaching hardwareand software erection;manage aspect includes strengthening managing multimediaclassroom equipment, reinforcing teachers education, and swapping teachers'teachingactively.
