It is obvious that the information technology has an increasing influence to the education.With the development of the distance learning in university,many schools has develop a large number of network curricula.Compared with the traditional instruction in classroom, learning network curriculum has its unique characteristic. This requests the designer of the network curriculum to investigate the characteristic of the network-learning environment,and using the modernal educational instructional theory to develop the network curriculum which is suitable to the characteristic of student who studys in network environment. The change of learning environment needs the learner to form some essential skills which is different with the traditional classroom study,;it includs many skills.The self-regulation learning is one of the very different aspect with the instruction in Web-based teaching environment.The learning in traditional classroom is controlled by teacher,and the teacher helps the students to adjust the movitation,cognition and the emotion,and also the teacher do the adjustment for student.But the learner is self-regulated in the network learning environment,and the teacher indirectly affects the learner by the design of network-based curriculum.This needs the capacity of the self-regulation. The present paper focuses on a aspect of the basic capability—self-regulation learning capability ,which the learner in the network learning environment needs to grasp during the learning process.This paper wants to probe into how to promote the self-regulated capacity of student by instructional design in web-based curriculum,in order to cultivate the self-regulated capacity of student,and improve the learning effect.Documentary research, investigative questionnaire, interview and experimentation as a basis to collect data;this thesis studies from the regulationg of learning motivation, learning strategy and emotion. As the aspect of learning motivation,We think that the self-efficacy and the effective attribution is the fundamental aspect of affecting learning motivation.Althought they do not regulate the movitation directly,they are indispensable on supporting the self-regulated learning. Therefore we research to how to enhance the self-efficacy and improve the student to attribute effectively in web-based course design. The self-regulation is affected directly by the evocation of achievement goal. We study the external conditions which can cultivate the capacity of self-regulation in web-based course. Comared with evocation of goal orientation and exaltation of interest , the evocation of achievement goal is superficial.We use the pedagogy and psychology theroy to find the strategies which can convert the evocation of achievement goal into the exaltation of interest and the evocation of goal orientation. With regard to the learning strategy, this paper expatiates the correlative taches of learning strategy in improving the monitoring,evaluating and regulating the cognitive strateges by giving an example of collaborative learning and inquiry learning strategy,And summarizing other taches of learning strategy in improving the monitoring,evaluating and regulating the cognitive strateges, then discussing their function. Finally,from promoting self-regulation point of view,this thesis discusses the principles of designing learning strategies in web-based course.We hope the designer of network course choses those taches of design according to the learning task,the requirement of cognition and the learning content so as to improve the effect of study,and also improve the capacity of monitoring,evaluating and regulating the cognitive strateges. With regard to the regulation of emotion,we review how emotion afffects the learning first of all,then present the principle of self-regulated learning about emotion; in the following content, this paper disusses the constrction of democratic environment in communication in which the learners regulate their emotion; and aslo researches and expatiates how to integrate the emotion factor into the learning content to improve the self-regulated capacity of emotion.
