| In recent years, the growth of rural children has attracted attention from all walks of life, because the number of migrant workers needed in cities has increased, and many rural young and middle-aged people have migrated to urban areas to work. There are many unsupported children, and children lack the company and guidance of their parents, resulting in a lack of autonomy among these children.China’s families and schools pay more attention to children’s learning and growth, ignoring children’s own autonomy, school education alone can not give play to children’s subjective initiative, that is,regulate and control their own learning behavior, willpower and the ability to regulate emotions are relatively fragile, have not formed a sense of learning self-control,so it is of great significance to study and improve rural children’s learning self-control.Helping to improve children’s self-control in learning helps children form good learning habits, resist the interference of external factors in the learning process, and at the same time let children learn to make learning plans, effectively use time, regulate their emotions, and let rural children smoothly overcome learning difficulties.Taking social work as the guide, group work as the method, and village A children as the research object, this study analyzes the current situation and existing problems of learning self-control of children in village A through observation method, interview method and "Children’s Learning Self-Control" scale, and concludes that the needs of children in village A for learning self-control,and the factors affecting the learning self-control of children in village A are mainly manifested in three aspects: individual, family and school.Guided by social learning theory and rational emotion theory, six group members with high homogeneity were screened.Using the group work method,a total of seven group activities were carried out from the aspects of understanding and learning self-control,attention training, making learning plans, and regulating emotions to improve children’s learning self-control,thereby indirectly affecting children’s intrinsic motivation and improving the learning efficiency of group members. In the practical process, the early stage focuses on cultivating skills and concentration problems to improve learning self-control,and later teaching formulates learning plans and mediates emotions to help children develop good learning self-control.Finally,the before and after tests were compared through the "Children’s Learning Self-Control" scale, and evaluated in combination with the satisfaction survey.Through group intervention, the learning self-control of group members has been improved to a certain extent, indicating that group work intervention in children’s learning self-control has certain results, and social work intervention in rural children’s learning self-control has certain feasibility and effectiveness. At the same time,it shows that rural children need attention, and improving rural children’s self-control in learning requires multiple parties to work together,so that children can receive support and help, and support children’s growth. |
