Research On Excitation Of College Students' Network Learning Motivation

Intelligent end-use applications and the rapid development of the Internet information age,network learning in the education of large data driven by the major colleges and universities and contemporary college students have been recognized,has become the mainstream learning form of college students,however,through a large number of research found that the domestic College students do not achieve the desired level of learning,learning time,low efficiency,inattention,the completion rate is low and so the fact is not an indisputable fact.Some studies have shown that the motivation of online learning is one of the most important factors to ensure the success rate of online learning.There are many researches on the motivation and strategy of online learning at home and abroad,but the effect of online learning incentive has not improved significantly.In view of this,Based on the analysis of the status quo and motivation of the network learning,the incentive mechanism is established for the network learning system,and the specific incentive strategy based on the internal and external motive is put forward.The study includes the following sections.The first part:Theoretical combing.The first chapter and the second chapter explain the core concepts of network learning,network learning motivation and incentive mechanism.On this basis,the research status of network learning motivation and network learning incentive strategy is expounded,and the motivational motivation theory,Characteristics and influencing factors such as in-depth discussion.The second part:Investigation and Analysis of Internet Learning Motivation.The third chapter of the paper begins with the design of questionnaire and interview outline from the aspects of network learning consciousness,learning resource utilization,learning effect evaluation and network learning obstacle factors such as cognitive interest,self-development,interpersonal relationship,out of routine and external influence.And then analyzes the causes and motivations of online learning,and then further studies the problems existing in the motivational incentive of the existing network learning platform through field investigation.The third part:the impact of motivation and the reasons.The fourth chapter is based on the analysis of the results,physical observation on the basis of analysis of network learning system,the impact of college students learning motivation problems and causes.The fourth part:Design of Incentive Mechanism.According to the actual investigation data analysis,the fifth chapter is based on the theory of motivation,constructs the framework of the network learning incentive mechanism,and creates the network learning incentive mechanism based on the motivational factors in the five subsystems of the network learning system structure.The incentive mechanism design of the network learning content system,the incentive mechanism design of the network learning environment system,the incentive mechanism design of the network learning activity system,the incentive mechanism design of the consultation exchange system and the incentive mechanism design of the learning evaluation system.The fifth part:Incentive Strategies.In the sixth chapter,the author puts forward the specific motivational motivations of the incentive mechanism of college students' online learning from the perspective of internal motivation and external motivation,hoping that these strategies can make the students take the initiative to participate in the network learning and improve the learning completion rate and learning effect.The sixth part:Inadequacies and Prospects.The last chapter summarizes the main contents of this study,refocuss on the shortcomings of the study,and put forward further study of the plan.
