In the era of knowledge economy, human capital is the leading factor for economic growth and development. Different countries are different in the levels of economic growth, not because of differences in natural resources endowment, capital and other substances, but because of differences in their own human capital accumulation, education plays an important role to a country's economic growth. Thus, if a country and a region want to be out of poverty and backward outlook, catch up with the pace of the era of knowledge economy, must strengthen investment in education and improve the stock of human capital and the overall quality of the population, it is not only the precondition to absorb and use knowledge, skills and experience of developed countries, but also a prerequisite for this innovation and development on the basis.This paper first takes endogenous growth theory as basic, analyzes and elaborates the relationship between education and economy, technology and economy, education and technology in theory, so as to clarify that the coordinated developmental mechanism of technology, education and economy is to construct integrated Interaction of produce-study-research; Secondly, through two developed countries such as Japan and the United States rapid economic development due to the reality and experience of technology and education since World War II, I believe that education and technology model has a very important role in promoting economic development, then inspect interactive positive development mechanism of technology and education and economic of the United States and Japan; Third, on the basis of the theoretical analysis and empirical test, I propose Economic Growth Model of Guanzhong area, and calculate contribution rate that science and education contributes to economic growth, through the results of the model analysis, get the situation whether the development of technology, education and economy is coordinated, and analyze "mismatch" reasons of Guanzhong technology, education and economy, believe that the root cause of the problem is not to construct the interaction mechanism of produce-study-research integration; Through all of the above analysis, this paper considers the key to promote coordinated development of technology, education and economy is to speed up construction of the interaction mechanisms of produce-study-research, and put forward ideas and suggestions on how to speed up the construction of this interaction mechanism. Ideas on how to speed up the construction of this interaction mechanism are: we must adhere to market-oriented, with enterprises as the main body of produce-study-research, tripartite finds a mutually beneficial and win-win combination and form a virtuous circle mechanism. First, we should strengthen in-depth study of the theory on the integration of produce-study-research of college, scientific research institutes and enterprises, make development plans on the combination of produce-study-research, laws and regulations, policies and measures on stimulating work closely with production, study and research, increase the government's financial input, and give full play to the role of government's macroeconomic guidance, organization and coordination; Second, we should strengthen reform and innovation on the management system of produce-study-research, and build platform for innovation of promoting closely integrated produce-study-research, strengthen the concept innovation, and mobilize innovative initiative and creativity of technological personnel, give effective policy support and coordination services on the promotion and conversion of College scientific and technological achievements, colleges' scientific and technological achievements and intellectual property rights will be as productive factors in the enterprises income distribution; Third, we must build shared interest-sharing and risk-sharing mechanism of produce-study-research units, take fully into account the interests of all parties concerned, compose interests Community of two aspects of economic benefit and social benefit, form integration of knowledge, capability and technology, achieve win-win objective of integration of produce-study-research; Fourth, we should establish and improve evaluation system and intermediary service system of produce-study-research integration, establish a scientific and reasonable evaluation system of produce-study-research integration, and enhance evaluation research of scientific and technological achievements and transformation risks , establish and perfect scientific and rational evaluation methods of scientific and technological achievements, and build up assessment mechanism of he results to use the technology funds, strengthen scientific and technological achievements trading market and transfer center, and other intermediary service organizations building, strengthen understanding and needs of science and technology achievements, patent intermediary advice and service system of colleges, enterprises and scientific research institutes, promote the intermediary service system building of produce-study-research integration.
