The Three Rural Issues, or the problem of agriculture, rural areas and farmers, is a hot issue that plagues China's economic development, referring to three issues relating to rural development in China:the low efficiency of agricultural production, the underdeveloped economy in rural areas, the low income of the farmers and the difficulty to increase their income, the lack of protection of farmers'rights. This issue is a comprehensive reflection of the problems of rural economy. In early February 2015, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued "Opinions on Strengthening Reform and Innovation to Accelerate Agricultural Modernization", referred to as "No.1 Document". The document, pushed the Three Rural Issues to the forefront of public attention again, stated:we must always adhere to the solution of the problem of agriculture, rural areas and farmers as the top priority of the party's work, add power by reform, with the rule of law guarantee, accelerating agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics. Based on this background, this paper makes a research on the coordinated development of rural education and rural economy in Hengyang County, and explores the direction of rural education reform, so that it can better serve the rural economic construction and development services, and fundamentally solve the "three rural" issues. At present, China's scholars mainly focus on the rural education and economic relations in the country and some provinces and cities. This paper analyzes the relationship between rural education and economic coordination development in Hengyang county. In order to promote the development of rural economy, the paper analyzes the relationship between rural education and economic development in Hengyang County.This research is made up of seven parts:the first part is the introduction, which mainly discusses the background, purpose and significance of this study, the research status of domestic and international, the research ideas and data sources. The second part is the theoretical basis of rural education and rural economic growth, analysis of rural education in the forefront of research and definition, the rural education has all the functions, functions and attributes, the rural social and economic development system and education development system, is the education for rural economic growth and social development, and according to the economic growth theory, human capital theory and sustainable development theory. The third part is to analyze the rural education and economic situation in Hengyang County, Hengyang County, the rural education structure is basically reasonable, rural education has achieved some results, rural economic growth in recent years, rural education resources are relatively poor, rural economic construction is lagging behind, the rural education and rural economic coordination growth has a greater development space. The fourth part is the analysis of the relationship between rural education and economic growth in Hengyang county. Through the relationship between rural education and rural education and regional economic growth, the relationship between rural education and regional economic growth is two. The fifth part is the analysis of the factors of rural education and economic growth in Hengyang County, which mainly includes three aspects:the rural education system and the economic growth, rural education input and economic growth and rural adult education training objectives and economic growth. The sixth part is to promote the coordinated development of rural education and rural economy in Hengyang county. The seventh part is the conclusion and prospect.Based on the rural education and economic growth in Hengyang County as the research object, this paper explores the relationship between the rural education and economic growth from the micro perspective, to solve the "three rural" problems, to achieve the strategic objectives of China's economic development and social stability. For the rural education reform in the decision-making sector from the perspective of economics, this study not only has important significance in the theory, practice and method, but also has broad application prospects in improving the quality of rural workers, and promoting the sustainable development of regional economic and social development.
