Quarters are important places where college students have rest, entertainment, social communication and study. Students living together in the long-term gradually form its own unique sub-culture of student hostels. Previous research showed that college students' dormitory culture have very important influence on the college students, especially on the growth of the college students, by shaping the students' personality, as well as students' philosophy, behavior, interpersonal relationships style, and those influence play a crucial roles that shouldn't been underestimated.IN China's high education system ,Central University for Nationalities (CUN) is the state's most famous universities which has teachers and students of 56 nationalities. Research on the Central University of Nationalities undergraduate students' dormitory culture can theoretically expand national study of college campus culture. To some extent ,it can rich the national college Campus Culture Theory and Moral theory. In practice, according to the CUN dormitory culture research results, we can efficiently bring forward some amelioration of measure and suggestions.This study mainly used qualitative research methods, Supplemented by literature searching. from Macro and micro perspective, selecting nine students of the CUN , discussed the cultural construction of student hostels, developments and the cultural impact. By the analysis and research, comes to the following conclusions: the CUN have been inculcated students by the way that the CUN takes actively "quarters Culture Festival" on the multi-ethnic students to consolidate "multi-cultural integration" education; The formation of cultural quarters is not a spontaneous process, But the conscious and active results constructed by the members of quarters; it has certain negative impact that some members of the dormitory is negative to participate in the formation of the whole culture ; In the multi-ethnic membership of the hostel, national self-awareness will be strengthened national consciousness.According to Kurt Lewin theory of the "field", Quarters culture is a kind of invisible " field " culture that has a certain impact on the members of the quarters with the restriction of the invisible, as well as on the physical and mental development of quarters. And the impact of this process, in essence, is the same process that forms the groups psychology and promote development of groups psychology, individual psychology and also forge individual behavior.In this paper composed by five chapters, Chapter one "primer" introducing the background and defining the problem, Chapter two "study process" on the selection of methods of this study, the research object identification, data collection, collation and the reliability and validity of the issues results. Chapter three is the principal part that from a macro perspective view, discussed the CUN's cultural construction of quarters ,taking "Quarters Culture Festival" as the representative, Exploring its history, features and functions. and through theoretical analysis, Pointed out that "integration of multi-cultural education is the theoretical basement on which the current high minority education stands scientifically." Chapter four is from the micro perspective, by entering the CUN quarters to interview nine respondents, describing and showing cultural quarters of its formation, development, and at last has a conclusion based on it. At the same time, accepting Kurt Lewin theory of the "field" to analyze the phenomena, pointing out that the culture of dormitory is a kind of field cultural. Chapter five "strategies and recommendations" is the final chapter of this paper, Pointing out that it is important and necessary in the national colleges and universities to strengthen the research of cultural construction quarters and continually promote the process of construction of dormitory culture, and the research also gives four-point proposals on how to strengthen the college students dormitory culture development.
