As an important carrier for the construction of campus culture, college associations culture plays a certain role in educating the youth, such as training college students outlook on life, values, practical ability, and social adaptation ability. In China's higher education system, MinZu University of China (MUC) is the highest institution of national class, which always has teachers and students of 56 nationalities. Research on the associations culture of MinZu University of China can theoretically expand the study of universities for nationalities'campus culture. In practice, according to the successful experience and problems in the current construction of associations culture, we can efficiently put forward some measures and proposals on the promotion of associations' healthy development in the universities for nationalities.This study surveyed the undergraduate in MinZu University of China and mainly used questionnaires and interviews to investigate and analysis associations construction to obtain rich first-hand information. Based on this, we can put forward some feasible suggestions for associations culture's construction and development in the MinZu University of China.This paper is composed by four chapters. The first chapter mainly introduces the history and development of associations in MinZu University of China's, including the associations'development process, the basic situation as well as the findings of the survey analysis.Chapterâ…¡is mainly composed of interviews, through the interviews to enter the associations in MinZu University of China, and into the inner world of the members of associations. Meanwhile, the function of educating people of the associations culture was explained.Chapterâ…¢is on the basis of the above-mentioned survey results to analyze the current problems of culture construction of associations in MinZu University of China and put forward five-point policy proposals: First, improving associations'management mechanism to form a binding; second, to ensure the instructor's specialization and professionalism; Third, to increase the support intensity to the associations; Fourth, to increase the contact with the outside associations; Fifth, to culturalize the members of the association's sense of innovation.The final chapter is to explain the associations culture of MinZu University of China on the significance of building a harmonious campus culture, in perspective of multi-cultural integration educational theory.
