With the rapid development of the Internet, the use of technology to the development of education has been accepted by people, online learning and training has been quietly infiltrated into various fields. Relying on E-learning systems, learners can acquire knowledge and information anywhere, anytime, not only solve the geographical separation problems of teachers and students, and also provides a good platform and conditions for personalized learning and autodidactic learning.Under the online learning environment, learners must have better self-learning ability and self-control, that means learners only with high meta-cognition ability can achieve better learning effects. In fact, many learners with lower meta-cognition ability to appear confused, lonely, deviation and other learning disabilities, this seriously affected the quality of E-learning. This study attempts to take advantage of meta-cognition theory to design feedback mechanisms of online learning, which guide the learners to self-evaluation, reflection and adjustment, promote learners to increase meta-cognition ability, improve learning interest and E-learning effects.This article is divided six chapters which is to discuss relevant content. Firstly, review and analysis the literature, describes the research background, introduce the question, determine the research significance objectives and content, analysis the present situation and related theories, introducing the theory of meta-cognition.By discussing the relationship between online learning and meta-cognition, meta-cognition ability and learning feedback, proposed meta-cognition ability can improve online learning problems and four strategies of promote meta-cognition, analysis, designed learning feedback service based on meta-cognition.After determining design principles of learning feedback, then constructing learning feedback model based on meta-cognition and the model of learning behavior, determine observed indicator of E-learning, using the AHP to calculate the weight of each index, designing the implementation processes and rules of learning feedback.On the basis of the above research, analysis requirements of network learning feedback platform, design and build the online learning platform, realize online learning feedback service based on meta-cognition, hope to improve e-learning obstacles, improve learners’ meta-cognition ability. By designing experiments verify the effectiveness of strategies to achieve assessment of the service.Finally, in conclusion summary and generalization full text, and presented the problems in the paper, provide direction for further work.
