After 30 years' reform and opening-up,as well as the social transiting step speeding up gradually,the social environment of our country adult higher education has changed deeply.As a result of taking the school record education as the standard,adult higher education organization is facing the survival crisis.On the one hand,the organization still defends the school record education stubbornly;On the other hand,along with knowledge economy time oncoming,the people are more eager for the continuing education than before.In view of this,only to change our country adult higher education school organization function,from school record education standard to the continuing education standard,it can achieve this historical mission,also maintain its sustainable development.However,because of this aspect fundamental research blank,it causes to study adult higher education function reforming less from organization own angle.Through the continuing education thorough understanding,as well as the adult higher education school organization present situation analysis,firstly,according to the basis materialistic dialectics relation viewpoint and the system theory adaptability to environment principle,it reviews school record education development of our country adult higher education organization,then reveals relatedness rule between adult higher education organization function reforming and the social reforming.Secondly,it analyses the reality challenge of our country adult higher education organization,as well as the necessity of the continuing education standard. Finally,it puts forward the corresponding countermeasure proposal about how to promote the continuing education for our country adult higher education organization.This article is divided into five parts specifically:The introduction has showed the research goal,the research theory value and the practice significance,on the basis of research about our country adult higher education organization reform,it proposes the paper research mentality.The first part limits two groups of concept,the school record education and the school record education standard,the continuing education and the continuing education standard, especially for core concept "the continuing education".The second part first carries on the omni-directional historical inspection about our country adult higher education organization school record education standard,including the historical background,the original analysis and the historical contribution,then elaborates the challenge. The third part analyses the necessity of the continuing education standard of our country adult higher education organization because of two aspects,from the social development and its own development.The fourth part proposes some feasibility countermeasure suggestion about the reform of our country adult higher education organization,mainly from three aspects,that is,location of the school organization development,interior innovation of the school organization and enlargement of school organization open dynamics and so on.It also proposes some concrete measures,like being the independent legal personality school entity,promoting organization function realization compatible,using the corporation management,enhancing competent strength of organization staff,offering the continuing education curriculum which the market needs,promoting continuing education training projects and so on.
