China and Japan are East-Asian countries with the characteristics of oriental culture and communicate in mathematics with a long history.To enter the 21st century,Japan and China have conducted a new round of high school math curriculum reform.In this paper,China's "full-time high school math curriculum standards(experimental)" and Japan's "high school math study guide essentials" as the main basis for Sino-Japanese high school mathematics curriculum reform process of the new curriculum objectives,curriculum structure,history of math curriculum and math courses and integrate aspects of the situation are compared and analyzed. We get the following conclusions:Sino-Japanese high school math curriculum reform have experienced from blindly copying to gradually setting up its own twists and turns of math education system process has a cyclical character,such as curriculum reform.The 21st century Sino-Japanese high school math courses conform to the international development trend,in terms of the curriculum objectives, curriculum structure,course content,teaching materials,etc.and have a basic consistency such as in the new curriculum goals apart from concern about the establishment of the knowledge, skills and math ability,but also attach great importance to emotions,attitudes,values,the objectives of training;the structure of the curriculum used in the form of compulsory plus elective;curriculum reform,both of which are deleting annoying,difficult,migraine,the old content,infiltration and add some cutting-edge of modern math content;and the importance of math history of math courses and the integration and so on.Certain differences also exist between Sino-Japanese high school math new curriculum, such as Japan's greater emphasis on curriculum,emphasis on "fundamental","personality" and create a relaxed learning environment,to promote with a pleasant sense of math learning activities;advocate to help students develop a rich sense of studying math;arrange some contents that students are interested in;pay attention to students' different levels of personality and future career orientation;increase in elective courses,the curriculum for greater flexibility; promote selective study,arranged and comprehensive study to explore the subject further embodiment of personalized math courses,activities and practical.For our new curriculum reform they have provided us with substantial experiences that we can learn from.
