The Socialist Ideal Education Of College Students To Explore

Chinese Communist Party and China attach importance to matters concerning ideal and ideal education all through the ages. Especially in recent years, the core status of ideal education for college students has been emphasized in series of files about how to improve and advance ideological and political education for college students. While the situation of college students'ideal is not so optimistic and education has to be strengthened. Some new problems are arising about Ideal education for college students nowadays. This article focus on these problems on the guide of Marxism theory, combining with the author's practical work, and based on the reality. The author suggest that the construction of ideal education is a process from present to the long-term and from low level to high level. Hence, combining problems in reality and insisting on practical view is the base of this research.This thesis consists of four parts.The first part is talking about the definition of ideal and ideal education and the meaning of ideal education for college students. Ideal is defined as a kind of thinking mode exclusively of human beings. Based on reality and the inner rule, combining the need of human and the possibility of the development of things, a person , being subject , exceed himself and reality, his pursuit to the future values which is possible to come true is ideal. The ideal education in this article is confined to the education for college students. Firstly, ideal education is a kind of practical activity which belongs to education but not the same as education of knowledge. Ideal education emphasizes practice. Ideal education is process of knowledge applying on activity, and a developing process with a person growing up. The idea of ideal education of the author is different from that of before. The author point out that the educators and the educated in college are both subjects of ideal education, they are in the face of the same content and make progress simultaneously. And the meaning of ideal education is analyzed from the view of the need of the country and the age and moral education for college students.The second part focus on the situation, problems and causes of the college students'ideals in which there both positive and negative aspects. Recognizing the situation is the presuppose of research. The causes of problems in college students'ideal include social negative effects, the deficient in ideal education and personal shortcoming in their growth. The impact of market economy and internet is part of social negative effects. The content and method of ideal education in colleges drop behind the new situation. And college students come from different circumstances, they are in key period of life, they have to meet the press of choice and competitions, these are all causes. So ideal education is instant for college students.The third part expatiates the content of ideal education for college students. The author point out that ideal education should be in accordance with the need of college students, abstaining from the deflection of political ideal education. This part concerns the education about ideal theory, the value of ideal, the choice of ideal, the role model and the pursuit of ideal.The forth part talks about the implement of ideal education for college students. The core socialistic value system is the fruit of Marxism innovation of the time. The ideal education for college students should put into effect to common socialistic ideal which is closely related to the core socialistic value system. The educators play important role in ideal education, assistants and teachers are the most important educators because they contact them most frequently. They teach, infect, guide and inspire them. The assistant must be vocationized, specialization and expertization. Course education should be emphasized as main channel. Ideal education is a kind of communication, so passion is important in ideal education. The key of ideal education is practice, so colorful activities is necessary in which the students can feel, experience and think questions about life. Campus culture is actually cultural circumstances in college, which is a kind of underlying education.
