Teachers'mental health is the premise and foundation of students'mental health. Teachers'mental health and continuous development are of great importance to society, education as well as teachers themselves. Mental growth community of e-teachers is a group whose natural willing and common ideas are combined with their ideal. The formation of community is based on teacher's same flavor or interest, similar experience, with pleasure to exchange with each other and share teaching research sources and products. In the environments of net work, a community of teachers that develop favorably will promote teachers to surpass their personal limit, and develop quickly to a higher level.Firstly, it can optimize the internal relation of the community of teachers and relieve teachers'professional pressure. Relying on network platform, constructing mental growth community, sharing the common issues and teachers'growing experience, with initiative and positive attitude we can find the means to resolve and alleviate self problem.Secondly, it can approach the internal mental health of teachers, embody the humanistic care. Blog can not only awake teachers'consciousness, but also make teachers form more healthy ways of behaviors in thinking continuously, training and experience. The exchanging and sharing in blog promotes teachers'self growth. Mental growth community of e-teachers provides opportunities for teachers'secondary growth.Thirdly, it can also break through the limit of traditional individual growth, and promote teachers'perfect personality, etc. In network mental growth community teachers can reflect the quality of psychological growing. Effective cooperation could be promoted among teachers. And the dynamic effects of group could be excited to promote psychological growing, which in the end could realize mental degenerating from chrysalis to butterfly, and realize psychological transcendences and personality's perfection.This research studies of part of the primary and secondary school teachers in Zaozhuang. It cares for the new development of mental growth in information age. It explores actively developmental mechanism of mental growth community of e-teachers. Through the investigation and analysis of mental health condition of primary and secondary school teachers in Zaozhuang, the article explores the factors that affect teacher's mental health. Relying on the Blog of'mental growth community of teachers', the community as the means of mental growth, it cares for teacher's mental growth and perfect personality. It tries to make teachers reflect their life style and professional psychology, and to promote teachers'growth continuously.With questionnaires, psychology testing, interviews, documents analyzing, this article explores the project of constructing'mental growth community of e-teachers'. Through the strategies of psychology games, practice training, psychology measuring, etc, the fellowships of helping each other are formed. The reports of group members and the testing statistical results from network show that mental growth community of e-teachers is of great importance for promoting teachers'psychological quality. The practical effects are comparatively satisfactory. More over this research organically merges the latest research products of the three subjects of psychology, pedagogy and information technology, and it implies them into the research of teacher's education. We set up the network platform of'mental growth community of teachers', establish a training mode of mental health education of primary and secondary school teachers, and form a set of effective training tactics of mental growth community of e-teachers which are accepted by the learners. And it will be of practical significance for the perfection of the same training modes and methods, as well as improving training effects.
