Under the background of Internet+ and new curriculum reform,teachers are faced with more and more challenges.In order to meet new challenges and promote the professional development of teachers,up to the country and the government,down to the schools and teachers themselves are exploring and practicing effective ways to enhance the overall quality of teachers.As a result,the teacher network learning community emerged as the times require.At the same time,a wide variety of teacher training came into being.Most of these trainings are focused on short-term centralized on-site training,including the“National Training Program” that is dedicated to improving the overall quality of teachers in primary and secondary schools.However,in the fly,both methods have their own shortcomings.Therefore,this study took Henan Province's National Training Program network training as an example,attempted to construct a teacher network learning community model based on the Henan National Training Program,and organically integrated the national training and online training of the National Training Program and promoted the line of teachers' learning activities.The integration on and off the line allows teachers' training to be integrated with their daily teaching,learning,and life.It provides teachers with a place to learn at any time,co-learning,and life-long learning,and promotes the growth and development of teachers.This research firstly analyzes the related concepts,theoretical basis,basic features,and functional values ? of teacher network learning community.Secondly,it investigates and analyzes the status quo of teacher network training in the National Training Program of Henan Province,and examines the problems of the existence of resource sharing biases,poor communication and collaboration,low enthusiasm for teachers,and unsuitable platform design issues in teacher network training.To provide a realistic andcredible basis for the construction of a teacher network learning community model based on the Henan National Training Program.Third,based on the full consideration of the goals,principles,and practical experiences of the construction of the teacher network learning community,the Delphi method was used to consult experts and build the model.In the end,the author puts forward the construction strategy of teacher network learning community from three aspects: core members,extrinsic support and implicit culture.
