Study On The Construction Of University Students’ Network Community Based On Micro-blogging Platform

The development of internet technology has spawned advent of the micro-era network. Nowadays network has taken place of newspapers, radio, television and other traditional media, become the "fourth media" forms of social interaction, and then turn out to be the center of ideological culture as well as the amplifier of public opinion topics. Based on the rapid development of internet media technology, college students’ community activities have access to the internet. College students become main part of participants in online communities. The rise of the network community embodies consciousness of network democratic participation, and the development of network community brings new opportunities to foster democratic ideas of college students, but it also proposes major issues to enhance the ability of college students to participate in democratic life and to construct the socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics.As an emerging network of social media, Micro-Blog changes the way of human interaction, provides a new platform and opportunity to construction of college students’ network community. As a practical form of students’ participation in online democracy, university needs to take the advantage of Micro-Blog, continues to promote construction of college students’ network community. Facing different forms of network community, how to use Micro-Blog to train awareness of democratic participation, how to protect the relative freedom of speech with proper use of democratic means for college students, so as to avoid the influence of bad information on the college students, proper guidance and management from university has become the key. So, to enhance the construction of college students’ network community, to normatively, reasonably, orderly guide practice behavior in network democratic participation, it is a problem deserving of widespread attention.Based on the current construction status of the network community, by introducing the Micro-Blog media which is popular to college students in Internet Age, this paper establish the contact between Micro-Blog and work of democratic construction of college students’ network community. Based on the Micro-Blog platform, this paper has a study on the need for changing new ideas, expansion of new media, feeling the pulse of new trends in the construction course of college students’ network community. From the practical level, this paper also has an active exploration and effective attempt for university to carry out the construction of college students’ network community. This paper believes that, in order to promote the construction of college students’ network community with the media of Micro-Blog, university should begin with low profile and new ideas: from the "one dollar monologue" to "pluralism dialogue", from "high potential bit" indoctrination to "hidden" of expression. This paper also explores the strategies and approaches in practice. That is, with the media of Micro-Blog, by creating a distinctive theme micro-blogging, the university can pay close attention on topics planning, so as to strengthen democratic values lead, to raise awareness of democratic network participation and spirit of public participation; by creating Micro-Blog system in the Youth League, the university can perfect the relations group with Micro-Blog, properly guide the construction of college students’ Micro-Blog community, so as to broaden the construction channels of college students’ network community, to improve the democratic system of college students’ network community; by training professional Micro-Blog management team, the university can concern about the public crisis prevention on Micro-Blog, so as to strengthen democratic oversight function of college students’ network community, to make a real difference on social democratic political construction.
