Investigation And Countermeasure Research On The Current Situation Of Badminton Referees In Jiangxi Province

The badminton referee is an important part of the badminton competition,and the construction of the referee team is closely related to the development of the badminton sport.In recent years,the level of the badminton referee team in Jiangxi Province is relatively low.There are many problems such as the small number of high-level referees,low professional level,and imperfect training and management system and so on.Based on this,in order to improve the overall level of the badminton referee team in Jiangxi Province,strengthen the referee team and further promote the development of badminton sport in Jiangxi Province.,the author takes the current situation of badminton referee team in Jiangxi Province as research object,making use of the literature method,questionnaire,expert interview and other methods to investigate the current situation of badminton referee team in Jiangxi Province.The thesis analyzes the problems existing in the referee team,and proposes corresponding development countermeasures according to the actual situation.The conclusions are as follows:1.The basic structure of the badminton referee in Jiangxi Province:the number of international referees and national referees is seriously insufficient;the gender structure of the national referees is reasonable,but there are more males referees of first category,and the gender ratio is unbalanced;the age of national referee is a bit old and shows an aging trend.The ages of the referee of first category are mainly between the 21 and 40,which are young;the geographical distribution of the referee teams is unreasonable,and most of them are gathered in areas with developed economy and better development of badminton sport;the referee's occupation type is various,but the proportion of college student groups is relatively high.2.The knowledge structure of badminton referee in Jiangxi Province:the level of academic qualification of the badminton referee is relatively reasonable,in which most of them are with undergraduate degree;with the upgrading rank,the referees generally master the competition rules and referee law better,and the newly promoted referees need to strengthen their learning of the competition rules and referee law;the low level of English is an important bottleneck restricting the development of the referees;the referees own the poor ability of computer application and they lack experience in using computer for event scheduling.3.Jiangxi Province badminton referee's ruling work:badminton referees generally have experience in badminton sport,and their practical experience is relatively rich;national referees generally have a long period of ruling,and referees of first category have shorter period of ruling;with the increase of referee level and gradual reduction of ruling,most referees of first category have fewer rulings;the referees have less chance of ruling high-level events;the referees can use reasonable scales to decide the ruling;most of referees are satisfied with the current work pay.4.Training situation of badminton referee team in Jiangxi Province:the refer ee training method is mainly pre-advance training,the training effect is not good when the training is finished before or after the competition,there are fewer time s to go out for further study,study and observation,and referees lack self-study c onsciousness and initiative to learn referee knowledge;the training content is not comprehensive,and the training on referees professional ethics,English ability,co mputer skills and psychological quality is insufficient.5.Management of badminton referee team in Jiangxi Province:management departments adopt a scientific registration method combining network and on-site registration;the assessment is insufficient,and it is not strictly implemented in accordance with the promotion assessment method,no regular evaluation is conducted;besides,the method of selecting and dispatching is unreasonable,and the scope of selection is relatively narrow,the thought of "ranking seniority" is serious;the rewards and punishments are insufficient,and there is no specific reward and punishment system.In view of the above problems,the author puts forward the following suggestions:1.optimize the basic structure of badminton referees team;2.improve English and computer skills,optimize the knowledge structure of the referees;3.improve competition system,increase referees'chances of executing;4.improve the training system of badminton referees team;5.strengthen the management of badminton referees team.
