College Physical Education To Carry Out Experimental Research, To Expand The Training Of Teaching

As the "Compendium of Teaching Instruction of Physical Education Curriculum for National Colleges and Universities" has been applied,the aims of psychology health and social adjustment in college physical education is more and more highly regarded by people and how to improve the college students' psychology health level and how to develop their ability to adjust the society have become the hot point of physical education in colleges today.Outward Bound is a kind of new experience-based training introduced from the western countries.It helps people discover and develop their potential to care for themselves,others and the world around them through challenging experiences in unfamiliar settings.In this thesis,the author analyzes the characters,types,teaching models and theoretical base of this kind of new teaching method based on modern psychology and pedagogics from the scientific point of view and also studied the feasibility of this new teaching method in college physical education.In this thesis,from the view of an empirical study,the author studies many theories on outward bound and its application in physical education teaching.On the other hand,an experiment,aimed at trying to find a new way in outward bound teaching,has been conducted in Binzhou Vocational College and 120 students were involved,who entered the school in 2005.The results of this experiment are as follows:Outward Bound can help to improve students' psychology health and social adjustment competence as well as interests in PE.On the other hand,it is found that Outward bound teaching should be improved in developing the students' physical constitution.If some outward bound theories and teaching methods are applied in college physical education combined with traditional PE teaching methods,it will be have a better outlook of the college physical education.
