Existentialism is a philosophy with strong individualism color,reflecting the imbalance of the development of the spiritual civilization and material civilization of contemporary society and its negative impact on people.From the view of concern about the "human",there is a great fit between the existentialism and education.Nowadays,primary and secondary teacher training is carried out in full swing all over the country in various ways.In the training, what is the state of the existence of teachers?Based on the concern with the existence state of teachers in the teacher training,this paper interprets the existence state of human under the perspective of existentialism by combing the existentialism:the intent of existence,the uniqueness of existence and the affection of existence.Starting from the three areas,the paper then analyzes the existence state of the human in the education:freedom,individuality and emotion.On this basis,this study has done a case study on the existence state of English teachers in the S project. Using the methods of literature,observation and interview,the paper deeply understands the true state of teachers in the training and comes into their real living world.What corresponds with the existence state of human in the education is the existence state of teachers in teacher training:free choice, emotional experience and self-completion.In the case analysis,we asked three questions:1.Can teachers have free choices in teacher training? 2.Are teachers' emotions paid attention to? 3.Can teachers achieve self-completion?This article finally gains three conclusions,namely:1.Teacher training is the booster of the professional development of teachers.Teachers choose the teacher training,devote their feelings into it,and ultimately reach self-completion;2.The consciousness and activeness is the source that teachers seek professional development;3.Teachers need more humane care in the road leading to the professional development.
