Private Career Growth Planning

Reforms on higher education have been carried out in China in recent years, many colleges and universities have been expanding enrollment. From 2002 to 2009, with the number of college graduates which has increased constantly, under the influence of The international financial crisis on our country, employment situation become more severe. With the Pressure of obtaining job becoming heavier, how to improve the competitiveness of undergraduates and the job-obtaining level of university is a focal point in modern society. So career-designing of undergraduate makes significance for competitiveness and Personal capacity of university student, job-obtaining level and long term development of university and prosperity of the society.By literature study, empirical search,Questionnaire search and comparative analysis, on this basis, to commence the study. At first this study introduces some concepts about the university student's career designing, actual research of abroad and home, the meaning and in ovation. Then sum up the major Personality factors influencing private university student's career designing based on the analyses of career -choice theory. Following presented its five steps and analyzed its planning processes. Afterwards this paper put forward common problems of private college students' career planning and colleges, analyzed the reasons that affecting college student's career planning from the aspects of students themselves, social environment, colleges and families, and made an idea on improving college students' career planning system. Finally, bring forward some attitudes about how to advance career-guidance level especially to the universities. I considers that university should strengthen direction and education through contracting courses,special -zing tutorships and providing individuation service etc.This paper tries to make some systemic explorations on career -designing of university student depending on the work of the former, introducing the flow and steps of career-designing. It gives some suggestion on how to succeed in designing their careers, fostering talents and directing job-obtaining of senior education. This paper hopes that it could draw society and colleges' more attention on student's career planning, and further enhance scholars and educators' concerning on this area.
