China's College Teachers Pre-service Education Research

As an elementary education of the teacher education, university teachers'pre-service education is the need of the development and reform of tertiary education, the insurance of enchancing the construction of young teaching staff in university and the necessary method to promote professional development of young teachers. It is advantageous for university teachers'adaptation to their vocational activities and important for the new teachers'localization. It has the huge guidance function for the emotion ownership.With regard to young university teachers, some reseach methods are used in this paper, such as data research, conclusion research, and survey research. The auther puts up the method by using teacher education theory and teacher growth theory , explaining the characteristics of university teacher and thire jobs,on the basis of studying the present situation of teachers'pre-service education in Chinese universities and analyzing the existing problems and their cause. That is to supply some effective measureses to improve teachers'pre-service education. The author poses some solutions to the problems of teachers' pre-service education.
