Cultural Hegemony, Ideological And Political Education Research

In the trend of economic globalization and cultural diversity, the western developed depend on their strong economic status and technological advantages to carry out cultural hegemony to developing countries, particularly to socialist China, with a strong culture of communication and soft power output. They hope to achieve their plot of "Westernization" and "split". Under the western countries cultural infiltration, some decadent culture and bad ideas are harmful to our country's young generation in particular groups of university students, which make part of college students'values , national emotion , life-style and so on changed. In this paper, by researcing the spread of Western culture on the path and means, reveals the essence of cultural hegemony. The purpose aiming at the above changes is to explore the ideological and political education in the new period of coping strategies, effectively strengthen the college student of the ideological and moral qualities conscientiously , make young generation easier to accept chinese mainstream culture and Marxist theory on their initiative and finally promote ideological and political education innovation.
