In gymnastics classroom instruction practice,the different students learn the identical action,but need the different time and the difference is very big,which greatly influences the classroom instruction effect and teaching progress.According to the anslysis of to physiology base of the movement skill,the study process is the cerebrum sensation process and humans' initiative goal guidance behavior union and is reformation of the gained movement skills which is the skilled process in which the nerves control the muscle.There fore the difference of learning progress is because students nervous system study the movement sensation process differently,such as,the nervous system to the organism control differently,the main body sense organ sensitive difference, the physical quality difference,the movement experience difference.As a whole,all is due to the difference of the students physical quality.Because the physical quality difference is always puzzling the sports skill teaching,this article focuses on influence of the students phycical quality on the movement skills,and tries to explore the new way to improve the gymnastics classroom instruction level for the students majoring in physical education from the physiology angle discussion.Based on the physiological factors affecting the study of the gymnastic movement skills,we do reasch on improving the gymnastics classroom quality.According to our country outstanding gymnastics movement selection test project and the test condition that we have,the students majoring in PE of Hegang Teachers College are tested.The twelve targets are age,height,weight,the vital vapacity,the heart merit index,one hundred meter race,800hundred meter race,the stranding broad jump,the zuoweitiqianqu,holds thesfick to transfer the shoulders,the time for only fullystans,level specialty school sports isthe sports education specialized student's age,the height,the bodyweight,the vital capacity,the heart merit index,100 meter,800meters runs,the standing broad jump,the zuoweitiqianqu,holds thestick to transfer the shoulder,only fully to stand the time,and theparallel bars strut swings.Finally gymnastics movement test result and the physical test are reseached relevantly,by means of the Pearson correlation analysis andthe gradual regression analysis,seeks the physical quality factors influencing movement skill formation are seeked.Through enhancing the main function physiological targets,the teaching contrast experiment are done.According to the students,the difference of the main physique targets influencing movement skill,the studying groups are established with different study goal,carrying on the goal teaching experiment.Compared the academic record difference,the analysis has the differet reasons for the difference are found and we try to explore the new method of gymnastics classroom instruction.Through Pearsoncorrelation analysis and the gradually regression analysis between the physique test target and gymnastics result,we discover that 13 physique targets majority of all present the correlationaldependence with gymnastics movement skill academic record,only fully stand time, the body weight,the standing broad jump,the zuoweitiqianqu are connected with gymnastics movement tests result.These targets have reflected students' explosive force,the flexibility and the balance ability which are the main factors affecting gymnasticsmovement skill study.In the experimental class,the students whose the grade of the standing broad jump is lower than mean value251.39±18.49 M are relisted as the explosive force enhancement group;and those whose grade of only fully standing time is lower than26.14±7.75 S are listed as the balance ability enhancement group;those whose grade of zuoweitiqianqu is lower than 15.36±3.7 the CM are listed as the flexible enhancement group.BY means of the target teaching moudel and the modernized teaching method,three groups' athletic events in which are weak has been trained oritentally and enhanced.Raising the corresponding physiological targets,the promotion physique quality level are improved,further the students' gymnastics result,and effectively improves the class instruction quality.The teaching experiment result confirms that raising the physique quality level can effectively enhance gymnastics movement skill academic record.The modernized teaching method are being used,which can improve the teaching and change the current situation of colleges of the gymnastic class teaching for the students majoring in PE...
