With the implementation of the"sports power"strategy,competitive sports has become a hotspot of concern and research in all walks of life.How to effectively improve students,performance,motivate students to practice enthusiasm and initiative,improve students' comprehensive ability,become a competitive sports coach solved problem.Therefore,this study attempts to use the problem-based learning(PBL)method for teaching experiments,through the comparison of experimental results to analyze the impact of PBL teaching methods on students'physical and psychological aspects,so as to improve the gymnastics primary movement skills.Provide reference and basis for the improvement of teaching effects and teaching methods.In this paper,the PBL teaching method is used to study the teaching effect of gymnastics primary movement skills of juvenile sports school students.30 male students of juvenile gymnastics gymnastics team are selected as experimental subjects,which are randomly divided into control group and experimental group,respectively using traditional teaching method and PBL teaching.The method is used for teaching experiments.After the experiment,the collected experimental data are tested and analyzed and compared.Through the experimental test results,it is proved that in the teaching effect,the students in the experimental group get better results in terms of physical fitness,the completion of gymnastics primary movement skills and the mastery of motor skills knowledge.In the aspect of learning enthusiasm,the experimental group students The learning interest,exercise motivation and exercise attitude were higher than those of the control group.In terms of comprehensive quality,the experimental group's ability to unite and cooperate,self-confidence,and analyze problems and solve problems were stronger than the control group.PBL teaching method can effectively promote students'physical quality and mastery of motor skills.In the process of teaching development,it can effectively enhance students'enthusiasm for learning,and promote mutual communication and discussion among students,coaches and students.Emotional communication,the implementation of PBL teaching method in adolescence,effectively cultivates students'good habits of thinking and diligent reflection,and strengthens their own learning ability.These ability and awareness are improved,so that students can actively improve their learning initiative.It has fully promoted the students'performance desire and self-confidence.The PBL teaching method creates a learning atmosphere of solidarity,mutual help,and courage in the classroom,maximizing students'learning,practicing enthusiasm and enthusiasm,and effectively inspiring the unity spirit and collective honor of each student.The exchange of learning,encouragement and guidance of each other also encourages students to effectively combine theoretical knowledge with practical exercises.With the continuous feedback of the practice results,the problems are continuously solved,and the ability of students to test and supplement the theory is further improved.Effectively promote students'mastery of gymnastics'primary motor skills while promoting students' comprehensive ability.
