Organizational citizenship behavior refers to the performance of members from the voluntary and not directly or clearly as a formal recognition of the remuneration system,and be able to promote overall organizational effectiveness of individual behavior.Organizational citizenship behaviors of teachers means that organizational citizenship behavior of teachers in the school environment,are shown by teachers performance from the voluntary,the school has not been a formal requirement,and be able to promote overall school performance on the individual behavior of teachers.It is not only beneficial to others(teachers or other students), also form a good campus culture,the maintenance of harmonious interpersonal School,and enhance the recognition of school teachers and a sense of belonging,as well as enhance the reputation of the school community will play a positive role.This article builds on existing research results,and organizational citizenship behaviors of teachers is divided into five dimensions,pro-active job,the maintenance of interpersonal harmony,assistance to colleagues,participation in group activities,make recommendations.To distinguish such 5 dimensions between the self-level,group level and organizational level.In this paper,Taking A City H Province as an example,the author investigate primary school teachers in the area of organizational citizenship behavior to the status quo using a questionnaire survey and interviews,knowing the organizational citizenship behaviors of teachers' overall performance level,as well as at different levels of performance levels,and analysis of its causes.At the basis of the above-mentioned studies and put forward a charismatic leader to enhance the establishment of a common vision,and actively create a harmonious organizational culture of democracy,to encourage teachers to participate in the management of teaching and so on and the recommendation of organizational citizenship behavior,as the headmaster reference to improve the management.
