Organizational citizenship behavior which is the most important way to promote the organizational efficiency, besides, the presence to enhance the teacher's organizational citizenship behavior is the most critical section in the process that the principal promotes the management of organization. The principal should combine with the principle of humanity and management to promote the teacher's organizational citizenship behavior. Nevertheless, teacher'organizational citizenship behavior is effected by the individual, especially the influence that the teacher have in the school organizational trust. The organizational trust could inspire the teacher's organizational citizenship behavior highly or not, and enhance the efficiency of school sequentially, impel the reformation in education drastically, and it is the true propose for this research. We discuss on the current situation of teacher's organizational trust and the organizational citizenship behavior in Hefei City and the difference between the teacher's organizational trust and teacher's organizational citizenship behavior which are based on the different background and variable teacher's cognition, in order to clarify the relationship between the teacher's organizational trust and teacher's organizational citizenship behavior in our nation.The demonstration way is applied in our study and we construct the research structure, design the method and edit the proper questionnaires to measure the situation what the teacher have expressed in the three dimensions on the organizational trust and ten dimensions on the teacher's organizational citizenship behavior, based on the correlative rationales and some specialist's researches. We select the samples and collect the data after finishing the questionnaires, after that, we obtain the conclusions and give some proper advices according to the results of our research.Our conclusion is that: there is obvious difference of middle school teacher's personal background variable in the organizational trust and organizational citizenship behavior in Hefei City. There is remarkable correlation between middle school teacher's organizational trust and the organizational citizenship behavior. The variables of middle school teacher's organizational trust can efficiently predict the variables of organizational citizenship behavior. The teacher who have longer fixed, hold the administrative post, higher salary and higher degree apparently have more organizational trust and organizational citizenship behavior than opposite others. Teacher's organizational trust can efficiently forecast the organizational citizenship behavior, the higher teacher's organizational trust the more organizational citizenship behavior expression.In the end, I propose several countermeasures from the educational management, school and teacher's angle for middle school management institution, school and teacher's references. The institution of the educational management should examine the candidates'personality when the election for school principal. Increasing teacher's income reasonably and urging the school leaders to pay more attention to teacher's organizational trust is really important at present. The school needs to encourage the youths and inspires the specialists, constructs public transparent administration provisions, makes up a harmonious and democratic atmosphere. When the teachers chase to the development of their profession, they also should form the awareness of experience sharing, and the schools should encourage teachers to make various development of vocations.
