The new curriculum pays attention to person's development value orientation to carry out in the junior middle school physics classroom is pays attention to the enhancement of all student scientific accomplishment. Must realize pays attention to the value orientation which all student scientific accomplishment enhances to penetrate into the classroom. Classroom questioning is the main component of classroom teaching activities, and it is also one of the main teaching methods to achieve the aim of classroom teaching. Questioning, as a general way used by teachers in classroom, plays an important role in classroom teaching.Regardless of being overseas or domestic about the classroom questioning research, concentrates mostly in the theory, are very few to the practice research. This research stresses on the practice research, the main purpose understands the present situation of Beijing Junior middle school physics classroom effective questioning. But because lacks the appraisal classroom questioning the tool, takes the researcher, first needs to formulate an appraisal tool. Therefore this research's important work is formulates the judgment junior middle school physics classroom effective questioning standard frame based on the massive literature foundation. Then through the expert interview to the standard frame, establishes the judgment junior middle school physics classroom effective questioning standard frame finally.According to the standard frame, the researcher acts to formulate the classroom questioning record chart, walks into the classroom to carry on the record to 60 junior middle school physics class. Carries on the statistics according to the record result to the effective questioning, carries on the analysis from the different aspect to the classroom inquiry, obtains the junior middle school physics classroom questioning the present situation. Then selects three to have the representative teacher to carry on the interview, the reason which the analysis present situation produces. Finally in the present situation investigation and in the reason analysis's foundation, makes out the methods to deal with this problem, meanwhile the author proposes the strategies about the effective questioning.
