The paper discusses the direction of the sports industry development is market under the current transitional economy background of our company.The fact of ubiquitous exiguity compels people must process the resource allocation, thus a problem arised that how to implement the most optimum allocation of resources.Both the theory and practice demonstrate that marketization system is the best choice among the basic ways of resource allocation, this main precondition decides that the marketization is the direction that we'll finally hold to develop Chinese sports industry.The paper particularize and presents the marketization combined with the related theory of economics.The paper begins with the marketization of sports industry as a breakthrough point, illuminates the deep-seated reason and the current problems through the economical attribute analysis of professional sports and related theories,explain each parts of sports industry and raise a proposal.Chapter 1 mainly raises a series of problems that arised in sports industry, following is the method and expatiation of research.Chapter 2 explains the definition, illuminate the idiosyncrasy of the sports industry, clarifies which part the discussional sports industry is, and presents that the core of the industry is professional sports,the third section narrates the economical meaning of developing the sports industry, and it's the base which can demonstrate the importance.Chapter 3 is the theory frame, it analyses another important issue of marketization of sports industry, the provision of sports public goods, thus the total problem of the sports marketization is divided into two, one is the public goods should be non-marketization, and the other is professional sports should be marketization. Chapter 4 expatiates the restriction condition of the evolution and marketization development of Chinese sports industry.Chapter 5 is the instance and revelation.Since the relationship among the professional sports, sports industry and marketization has been explained in foregoing chapters, the last chapter quotes an instance into the frame of the paper, generalizing the content and revelation of the instance.
