Sports industry plays an important role in the development of modern economic and society. Many actions of sports industry itself reflect the industrial cluster effect. Sports goods manufacturing industry is mainly collected in the eastern coastal areas (such as Guangdong, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Fujian, Jiangsu, etc.).The concentration area of sports service industry is wide. Besides Beijing, Shanghai, there are the minority nationality areas, such as:Ningxia, Xinjiang and Inner Mongolia, Northeast China, such as Heilongjiang, Jilin, where sports combined with local characteristics. Overall, the agglomeration of the sports goods industry is more significant than sports services industry, the research on the sports goods manufacturing industry is relatively more than the sports services industry. From the measured index results on the concentration of sports goods manufacturing industry, sports goods manufacturing industry belongs to a highly centralized type, mainly concentrated in Guangdong, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Fujian and Shandong, and other coastal provinces (municipalities); the sports goods manufacturing cluster of The Northeast’s on a high level, the quotient in many parts of the Midwest location t are low in general, however, in the Jiangxi, Anhui and Hunan, the location quotient in2009of sports goods manufacturing industry are higher compared to the previous years. From the measured index results on the concentration of sports services industry, the degree of concentration of Sports Service belongs to the relative, more concentrated types; Beijing, Shanghai and Tianjin, the concentration level of the three regions compared to other identity, concentration level is very obvious; Some areas with unique characteristics of the local sports, the sports services in the region have higher concentration, such as minorities Gathering place, Tibet, Ningxia, Qinghai, Xinjiang and other places, the Northeast district whose winter sports are very popular the agglomeration level of Sports Service industry are high. For the gap between low-level areas and high-level areas, the sports goods manufacturing industry is much larger than the sports service industry. The agglomeration of high-level concentration region of sports goods manufacturing industry the situation may persist for a long time.Testing of spatial autocorrelation statistics of the statistical methods are positive, indicating that the relations of sports goods manufacturing cluster and sports services cluster on the spatial distribution between the31provinces (cities, districts) are significantly positive autocorrelation (spatial dependence), rather than completely random state, that showed a spatial related structure between the similar value. The results of the scatter diagram also show that the overall sports industry cluster reflects positive spatial autocorrelation, most of the province area and neighboring Provinces reflect the similar characteristics. From the regression results of the sporting goods manufacturing industry cluster model and sports services cluster model, the fitting effects of the spatial error model equation are better than the spatial lag model, the coefficient of Per capita GDP, consumption expenditure of urban residents, the total exports proportion of GDP, the level of urbanization, human resources under the non-fixed effects are significant, it can be seen that in the neighborhood areas, the spillover of the impact of five factors on the sports goods manufacturing industry cluster and sports service industry are very obvious. Finally, according to the research results, relative policy proposals are provided for promoting the growth of sports industry cluster.
