Service-based Perspective, The Effectiveness Of The Internal Administration Of Chinese Universities

The internal administration of colleges and universities is a part of administration of colleges and universities system. Low potency of the internal administration of colleges and universities has become one of important reasons which influence the development of university.The paper has discussed that basing on servicing to the teaching and scientific researching in the universities, how to improve internal administrative management of the problem of potency. The paper composed of four parts: introduction, concepts defining and theory basis, the present situation of internal administration of colleges and universities, the establishment of the internal administration of colleges and universities aiming at service. This paper aims to enhance the potency of the Chinese colleges and universities, enrich the management theory of administration of higher education and draw on the development of recommendations.
