Geography is a natural and cultural cross-disciplinary integration, in the middle school students to science education and humanities education, secondary school students cultivate scientific literacy and cultural literacy, and promote all-round development of students have a unique advantage.Many geographical concepts and the concept of human geography students are geographical and cultural quality of scientific literacy and improve the basic form, but also to promote the basic all-round development of students. Before the concept of geographical science in everyday life through the experience of long-term accumulation, students formed a relatively fixed number of views and opinion, these are the views and opinion of things and geographic geographical situation of the surface and recognize unessential and thus known as fore-scientific conception, the concept referred to as the former.In this paper, the concept of a previous study some of the previous results, in the constructivist learning theory, under the guidance of Senior high school students through interviews, questionnaire surveys, as well as their own teaching practice, summed up the teaching of geography common fore-scientific conception, students confirmed that the geographic before the concept of widespread, stubborn, spontaneous, negative transfer, and confirmed before the students the concept of geography and the existence of the causes of the positive impact and negative impact, and the former method of teaching the concept of change - Inquiry pedagogy; Teaching through two examples, the teaching process and to explore the use of experiments to explore teaching issues.The results show that, based on the concept of changing the former students to explore teaching, assist students in the concept of changes in the former than the traditional teaching methods more effective, and the courage to challenge students to explore the bold spirit of science, the problem with the analysis of the ability to study the motives of interest have increased, cultivate self-learning ability of students to enhance the scientific literacy of students and humanistic quality, promoting all-round development of students.
